The Family Of Imran - 3:109
To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and all affairs are controlled by Allah.
Everything is controlled and governed by Allah, and your gods that you have made besides Him have no power or authority in this matter:

He puts the night into the day and the day into the night. And He has placed under His command the sun and the moon, which go forth until an appointed time. Such is Allah your Lord; to Him belongs the sovereignty. And those whom you call upon besides Him cannot rule even the membrane of a kernel.

Those whom you serve besides Him are but names invented by you and your fathers. Allah has not given them any power. The judgment belongs to Allah alone. He has commanded you to serve Him alone. This is the true religion. But most of the people do not know this.

We will strike fear into the hearts of the disbelievers because they associate with Allah those who have no power or authority. Their abode is the Fire. How evil is the abode of the wrongdoers!

There is none who can prevent Allah from bestowing mercy on mankind. And what He withholds, there is none who can send it away except Him. He is the Superior, the Wise.
