If the disbelievers had all that is in the earth and as much of it, and if they ransomed it to escape the torment of the Day of Resurrection, it would not be accepted from them. For them is a painful torment.
Such a torment:
The Ways of Ascent/70:11
They will be shown to one another. The guilty will want to give a ransom to escape the torment of that Day: His sons,
The Ways of Ascent/70:12
Your wife, your brother,
The Ways of Ascent/70:13
All his relatives who raised him,
The Ways of Ascent/70:14
And everyone who is on the earth, that he may be saved.
