Angels are on every side. On that Day your Lord will rule over the eight (universe).
Satan is given permission to dominate us as a requirement of the test:

"Your Lord had said to the angels, "I will create a human being from dried and aged clay"."

"He said, "When I form him and breathe into him of My spirit, prostrate yourselves for him."
