The Heights - 7:142 "We made a covenant with Moses for thirty nights and added to it ten nights, so the time appointed by your Lord was completed to forty nights. Moses said to his brother Aaron, "Take my place among my people and act righteously. And do not follow the way of those who do corruption."
Do not follow them:
The Table Spread/5:48 We have sent down to you this Book, which confirms the previous Books and replaces them, as a comprehensive truth, so judge between them by what Allah has sent down to you. Do not leave the truth that has come to you and follow their whim. We have appointed for each of you a law and a method, and if Allah had willed, He would have made you all one people. But He tests you with what He has given you. Compete in good deeds. To Allah is the return of all of you. He will inform you of the matters on which you differ.
The Cattle/6:56 "Say: "I am forbidden to serve those whom you call besides Allah."Say: "I will not follow your pleasure, otherwise I will go astray and will not find the right path."

The Criterion/25:52 So do not follow the disbelievers and fight against them with this (this Qur´an) with a great jihad.
