The Spoils of War - 8:21 "Do not be like those who say, "We have heard"when they have not heard."
Hypocrites:
The Spoils of War/8:48 "Satan embellished their deeds for them and said: "None of the people can defeat you this day, I am on your side". When the two armies came face to face, he turned back on his heels and said: "I have nothing to do with you, I see what you do not see and I fear Allah. Allah´s punishment is severe."
The Spoils of War/8:47 Do not be like those arrogant ones who went out of their homes, showing off to the people, to hinder the way of Allah. Allah encompasses around them what they do.
The Table Spread/5:53 "Then the believers will say, "Are these those who swear by Allah with all their might that they are with you?"Their efforts have been in vain and they have suffered loss."
The Table Spread/5:52 "You will see those in whose hearts is a disease, wandering among them, saying: "We fear that some calamity may befall us. It may happen that Allah will bring victory or a command from His side, and they will regret what they have been concealing in their hearts."
The Table Spread/5:51 Believers, do not take the Jews and Christians as friends. They are friends of one another. Whoever of you befriends them is of them. Allah does not guide an unjust people.
The Cow/2:20 The lightning almost snatches their eyes! When it illuminates before them, they walk in its light. And when darkness descends upon them, they stand upright. Had Allah willed, He would have taken away their hearing and sight. Allah is all-powerful.
The Cow/2:19 Or they are like one who, in the darkness and thunder and lightning and rain pouring down from the sky, sticks his fingers in his ears for fear of being killed by lightning. This is how Allah encompasses the disbelievers.
The Cow/2:18 They are deaf, dumb and blind; they cannot change their direction.
The Cow/2:17 Their situation is like that of those who light a fire: When the fire begins to illuminate their surroundings, Allah removes their light and leaves them in darkness, blind.
The Cow/2:16 They have bought error in exchange for guidance. Their trade will not profit them nor will it lead them to the truth.
The Cow/2:15 And Allah mocks them, leaving them floundering in their excesses.
The Cow/2:14 "When they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe"; but when they are alone with their devils, they say, "We are with you. We are only mocking."
The Cow/2:13 "When it is said to them, "Believe as this people believe,"they say, "Shall we believe as the fools believe?"They are the real fools, but they do not know."
The Cow/2:12 But they are the real corrupters; they do not even realize it.
The Cow/2:11 "When it is said to them, "Do not make corruption in the earth,"they say, "We are only correctors."
The Cow/2:10 They have sickness in their hearts. Allah increases their sickness. They deserve a painful torment for their lies.
The Cow/2:9 They seek to deceive Allah and the believers. However, they deceive themselves. They do not even realize it.
The Cow/2:8 "There are such among the people who say: "We believe in Allah and the Last Day"when in fact they do not believe."
The Spoils of War/8:49 "The hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease were saying, "They have been deceived by their religion". Whoever trusts in Allah, surely Allah is the Exalted, the Wise."
The Repentance/9:123 O you who believe, fight the disbelievers who surround you and attack you. Let them find firmness in you. Know that Allah is with the righteous.
The Repentance/9:124 "Whenever a surah comes down, there are those who ask, "Which of you has this surah increased your faith?"Indeed it has increased the faith of the believers, and they rejoice and give glad tidings to one another."
The Repentance/9:125 As for those in whose hearts is a disease. He has added evil to their evil, and they die as disbelievers.
The Repentance/9:126 Do they not see that they are tested with calamities once or twice every year, yet they neither repent nor take admonition?
The Repentance/9:127 "Whenever a Surah descends, they stare, saying: "Does anyone see you?"Then they turn away. Allah has turned their hearts away because they are a people who do not understand."
The Light/24:47 "They say: "We believe in Allah and the messenger and obey". But then, after that, a group of them turn away; they are not believers."
The Light/24:48 When they are called to Allah and His messenger to judge between them, a group of them dislike.
The Light/24:49 But if the decision is in their favor, they run to it willingly.
The Light/24:50 Is there a disease in their hearts? Do they doubt? Do they fear that Allah and His messenger will do them injustice? Indeed they are wrongdoers.
The Light/24:51 "When they are called to Allah and His messenger to judge between them, the believers say only this: "We have heard and obeyed."These are the winners."
The Coalition/33:9 O you who believe, when armies attack you, remember the favor of Allah, Who sends upon you a wind and armies that you do not see. Allah is All-Seeing of all that you do.
The Coalition/33:10 They attacked you from above you and from below you. And the eyes were turned, and the hearts were in their mouths, and you were harboring various doubts about Allah.
The Coalition/33:11 The believers were tried there and shaken violently.
The Coalition/33:12 "The hypocrites and those whose hearts were diseased were saying: "The promise of Allah and His messenger to us is nothing but a pipe dream!"
The Coalition/33:13 "A group of them were saying, "People of Yathrib, you cannot hold on any longer; go back."The other group of them were asking permission from the Prophet, saying, "Our houses are unprotected,"even though their houses were protected. Their whole purpose was to escape."
The Coalition/33:14 If it had been occupied and they had been asked to join the enemy, they would have joined them without hesitation.
The Coalition/33:15 They had promised Allah before that they would not turn their backs and flee. Every promise made to Allah will be questioned.
The Coalition/33:16 "Say, "Fleeing from death or war will not benefit you. Even if you flee, you will not live long."
The Coalition/33:17 "Say, "If Allah wills for you an evil or a mercy, who will protect you against Him? They will not find any protector or helper besides Allah."
The Coalition/33:18 "Allah knows those among you who hinder and those who say to their brothers, "Come to us". They seldom join the defense."
The Coalition/33:19 They are stingy in their dealings with you. When danger comes, you see them looking at you with their eyes wide with fear, like one who has fallen into a faint of death. And when the danger passes, they hurt you with sharp tongues, being fond of wealth. Such people are not believers. That is why Allah makes their deeds vain. This is easy for Allah.
The Coalition/33:20 They think that the parties are not gone. If the Parties were to come again, they would wish that they were among the Bedouin Arabs in the desert and that they could ask about your news from afar. Even if they were among you, they would fight very little.
The Hypocrites/63:1 "When the hypocrites come to you, they say, "We bear witness that you are the messenger of Allah. Allah knows that you are His messenger, and Allah testifies that the hypocrites lie."
The Hypocrites/63:2 They take their oaths as a shield and lead astray from the way of Allah. How evil is what they do.
The Hypocrites/63:3 Because they disbelieved after they believed, so their hearts were sealed; they do not understand.
The Hypocrites/63:4 When you see them, you like their appearance. If they speak, you listen to their words. They are like stumps that stand upright. They think every noise is against them; they are the real enemies; beware of them. May Allah curse them; how they turn away!
The Hypocrites/63:5 "When it is said to them, "Come, so that the messenger of Allah may ask forgiveness for you,"they turn their heads away, and you see them straying arrogantly."
The Hypocrites/63:6 Whether you ask forgiveness for them or not, Allah will not forgive them. Allah does not guide the wayward people.
The Hypocrites/63:7 "They are the ones who say: "Do not help those who are with the Messenger of Allah so that they may be scattered."But to Allah belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites cannot comprehend."
The Hypocrites/63:8 "They say: "If we return to the city, the superior will drive out the inferior". But the superiority belongs to Allah and His messenger and those who believe. But the hypocrites do not know."
The Table Spread/5:60 "Say: "Shall I inform you of something worse than this in the sight of Allah? Whom Allah has cursed and wrathfully turned into apes, pigs and idolaters, those are the worst in the land and the most astray from the right path."
The Table Spread/5:61 "When they came to you, they said: "We believe". But they entered you with their disbelief and left you with their disbelief. Allah knows better what they conceal."
The Table Spread/5:62 You see most of them running about in sin and enmity and forbidden food. How evil is what they do!
The Repentance/9:54 The only obstacle to their help being accepted is this: They have disbelieved in Allah and His messenger, they are only lazy in prayer and reluctant in charity.
The Repentance/9:55 Let not their money and their children impress you. Allah wants to punish them with them in the life of this world and that their souls should be disbelievers.
The Repentance/9:56 They swear by Allah that they are of you, but they are not of you, but they are a people who create discord.
The Repentance/9:57 Indeed, if they had found a refuge or a cave or a hole to enter, they would have turned to it in panic.
The Repentance/9:58 Some of them criticize you about the distribution of the alms; they are pleased when they are given it, but they are angry when they are not given it.
The Repentance/9:59 "They should be content with what Allah and His messenger have given them and say, "Allah is sufficient for us. Allah will give us from His bounty through His messenger. We desire only Allah."
The Repentance/9:62 They swear by Allah to please you. If they really believe, they should know that Allah and His messenger are more worthy to be pleased.
The Repentance/9:63 Do they not know that whoever opposes Allah and His messenger will be condemned to Hell in which he will abide forever? This is a great humiliation.
The Repentance/9:64 "The hypocrites fear the descent of a Surah which will inform them of what is in their hearts. Say: "Mock, Allah will reveal to you what you fear."
The Repentance/9:65 "If you ask them, they will say: "We were only joking and playing". Say: "Do you mock Allah and His signs and His messenger?"
The Repentance/9:66 Do not apologize. You disbelieved after you believed. Even if We forgive some of you, We will punish some of you for their crime.
The Repentance/9:67 Hypocritical men and hypocritical women are of one another. They preach evil and forbid good. Their hands are tight. They have forgotten Allah and He has forgotten them. The hypocrites are those who have gone astray.
The Repentance/9:68 Allah promises the hypocritical men and hypocritical women and the disbelievers the Fire of Hell where they will abide forever. It is sufficient for them. Allah has cursed them and for them is an inexhaustible torment.
The Family Of Imran/3:166 What happened to you on the day when the two armies clashed was by Allah´s Leave. Thus are the believers distinguished.
The Family Of Imran/3:167 "Thus are the hypocrites exposed. When it was said to them, "Come, fight in the way of Allah or contribute", they said, "If we knew about war, we would have joined you". At that moment they were closer to disbelief than to faith. They say with their mouths what is not in their hearts. But Allah knows very well what they conceal."
The Family Of Imran/3:168 "They sat down and said of their relatives: "If they had followed us they would not have been killed."Say, "Ward off death from yourselves and prove that you are truthful."
The Family Of Imran/3:7 "He it is Who has sent down to you this Book. Some of its verses are clear (muhkam), which are the essence of the Book. Others are of similar meaning (mutashabih). Those whose hearts are diseased go after those with similar meanings in order to confuse people and give them different meanings. No one knows their true meaning, except Allah and those with deep knowledge who say, "We believe in it, it is from our Lord."None take admonition except those who have understanding and wisdom."
The Women/4:61 "When it is said to them, "Come to what Allah has sent down and to His Messenger,"do you not see those hypocrites (hypocrites) fleeing from you as far as they can?"
The Women/4:62 "If some calamity befalls them as a result of what they have done, they come to you and swear by Allah, "We only intended to do good and to reconcile"."
The Women/4:63 Allah knows what is in their hearts. Pay no attention to them, enlighten them, and speak to them kind words that will affect their character.
The Women/4:64 We have sent every messenger, by Allah´s permission, only that he may be obeyed. If they had come to you when they had wronged themselves and asked Allah for forgiveness of their sins, and the messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would certainly have found Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
The Women/4:65 Nay, by your Lord, they do not believe until they make you the arbitrator between them in their disputes and accept your decision without any bitterness in their hearts and submit fully.
The Women/4:66 "And if We had commanded them, "Dedicate your lives"or "Leave your homes", they would not have done so except a few. It would have been better and stronger for them if they had practiced what they were advised."
The Women/4:88 Why do you divide yourselves into two groups about the hypocrites? Allah has turned them upside down because of what they used to do. Do you want to guide those whom Allah has led astray? You will find no way for him whom Allah has led astray.
The Women/4:89 They wanted you to disbelieve as they disbelieved so that you might become one with them. Do not take any of them as friends until they take action in the way of Allah. If they turn against you, seize them and kill them wherever you find them. Take them neither as friends nor as helpers;
The Women/4:90 Except those who join a community with whom there is a treaty between you, or who come to you distressed in their breasts because of fighting you or their own people... If Allah had willed, He would have made them to fight against you and they would have fought against you. But if they leave you alone and do not fight you and offer you peace, Allah will not allow you to attack them.
The Women/4:91 You will find another group who wish to stand in safety both with you and with their own people. Whenever they are called to turmoil, they plunge into it. If they do not leave you alone and do not want to make peace and do not remove their hands from you, you may kill them wherever you meet them. We have given you clear authority against such people.
The Women/4:140 He has revealed to you in the Book: When you hear that the verses of Allah are denied and mocked, do not sit with them until they have moved on to another talk, lest you become like them. Allah will gather all hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell.
The Women/4:141 "They keep watch over you. When a victory comes to you from Allah, they say, "Were we not with you?"And when it is the turn of the disbelievers to win, they say, "Did we not protect you from the believers by supporting you?"On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will judge between you. Allah will not give the disbelievers the opportunity to rule over the believers."
The Women/4:142 The hypocrites think that they deceive Allah. But He leaves them (thus) deceived. When they rise for prayer, they rise lazily. Because they show off to people and remember Allah very little.
The Women/4:143 They waver in between, neither joining them nor joining them. You will not find a way for those whom Allah misleads.
The Women/4:144 Believers, leave the believers and do not take the disbelievers as friends. Do you want to give Allah a proof to use against you!
The Women/4:145 The hypocrites are in the lowest level of the Fire. You will find no one to help them.
The Women/4:146 Except those who repent, make amends, cling to Allah and make their religion belong to Allah alone... These are with the believers. Allah will then give the believers a great reward.
The Repentance/9:73 O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers and hypocrites and be strong and firm against them. Their destination is Hell. What an evil place of return!
The Repentance/9:74 Although they speak words of disbelief and disbelieve after they have surrendered, they swear by Allah that they did not say them. In fact, they strived hard for what they could never attain. They sought revenge after Allah and His messenger had enriched them with His grace! It would be good for them if they repent. If they turn away, Allah will punish them with a painful torment in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will have neither friends nor helpers in the earth.
The Repentance/9:75 "Some of them even promised Allah, "If He grants us out of His bounty, we will spend our money for charity and we will be of the righteous people."
The Repentance/9:76 But when He gave them out of His bounty, they became stingy and turned away.
The Repentance/9:77 Because they broke their promise to Allah and lied, He put hypocrisy in their hearts until the Day when they will meet Him.
The Repentance/9:78 Do they not know that Allah knows what they conceal and what they whisper, and Allah is All-Knowing of all that is hidden?
The Repentance/9:79 Those who criticize the generosity of the believers who give voluntarily and mock the poor who cannot give much, Allah will humiliate them. For them is a painful torment.
The Repentance/9:80 Either ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness. Even if you ask forgiveness for them seventy times, Allah will not forgive them. For they have denied Allah and His messenger. Allah does not guide the people who have gone astray.
The Repentance/9:81 "Those who remained behind liked their place behind the Messenger of Allah and disliked to strive in the Way of Allah with their money and their lives and said: "Do not move in this heat,"they said. Say, "The fire of hell is hotter."If only they understood!"
The Repentance/9:82 Let them laugh little and weep much for what they have gained.
The Repentance/9:83 "If Allah were to give you again an opportunity when a group of them would ask your permission to go on an expedition, say, "You will not go out with me on campaign forever, and you will not fight any enemy with me. Because at first you chose to sit down. So sit down with the rest."
The Repentance/9:84 Do not pray for one of them who has died, nor stand by his grave. For they disobeyed Allah and His Apostle and died as transgressors.
The Repentance/9:85 Let not their money and their children impress you. Allah wants to punish them with them in this world and that they die as disbelievers.
The Repentance/9:86 "When a Surah came down saying, "Believe in Allah and strive hard with His Messenger,"even the powerful and wealthy of them asked your permission and said, "Let us go and be with those who sit down."
The Repentance/9:87 They consented to be with those who remained behind. Then their hearts were sealed. Therefore they cannot understand.
The Repentance/9:88 But the apostle and those who were with him strived with their money and their lives. They deserve all the favors. They are the winners.
The Repentance/9:89 Allah has promised them Gardens in which rivers flow, abiding forever. This is the greatest success.
The Repentance/9:90 Those of the Arabs who fabricated excuses came to you for permission. So those who denied Allah and His messenger sat down. A painful torment will touch the disbelievers.
The Repentance/9:91 There is no condemnation for the weak, the sick and those who have nothing to give for help, provided they are sincerely devoted to Allah and His Messenger. Those who do good will not be condemned. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
The Repentance/9:92 "Likewise, those who come to you to give them a ride and you say, "I cannot find a vehicle to give you a ride,"and they turn back with tears in their eyes because of their financial inability."
The Repentance/9:93 Only those who asked you for permission while they were rich are reprehensible. They asked to be with those who stayed behind, and Allah stamped their hearts. Therefore they do not know.
The Repentance/9:94 "When you return to them (from the war), they offer you excuses. Say: "Do not make excuses in vain; we do not believe in you any more, Allah has informed us of your situation. Allah and His messenger will see your affairs, and then you will be returned to the One Who knows the secret and the open. He will inform you of everything you do."
The Repentance/9:95 When you turn to them, they swear by Allah that you may renounce them. Give them up. They are unclean. Their abode will be Hell for what they have earned.
The Repentance/9:96 They swear by Allah that you may be pleased with them. Even if you are pleased with them, Allah is not pleased with a people who have gone astray.
The Repentance/9:97 The Arabs are the most extreme in disbelief and hypocrisy. They are the closest to not recognizing what Allah has revealed to His Messenger. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
The Repentance/9:98 Some of the Arabs consider their help a loss and a burden, and they look for calamities for you. The worst calamities are for them. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
The Repentance/9:99 Among the Arabs are those who believe in Allah and the Last Day. And they consider what they spend as a means to draw near to Allah and support for the messenger. Indeed it is for them a means of approach. Allah will admit them into His mercy. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
The Repentance/9:100 Allah is pleased with the pioneers of the emigrants (Muhajireen) and the helpers (Ansar) and those who followed them well, and they are pleased with Him. He has prepared for them Gardens in which rivers flow and where they will abide forever. This is the great victory.
The Repentance/9:101 Some of the Arabs, both from among you and from the people of the city, are hypocrites. They have become arrogant in hypocrisy. You do not know them, but We know them. We will punish them with a double torment and then they will be punished with a great torment.
The Repentance/9:102 And the others confessed their sins and confused good deeds with evil deeds. It is hoped that Allah may forgive them. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
The Repentance/9:103 Take alms from their money to purify them and glorify them, and encourage them and support them, for your support pleases them. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
The Repentance/9:41 Go forth to war, whether light or heavy. Strive in the Way of Allah with your money and your lives. That is better for you, if you only knew.
The Repentance/9:42 "If it had been a near benefit and a journey of moderate length, they would have followed you, but the way seemed far to them. They will swear by Allah: "Had we been able, we would have gone out with you."Thus they ruin themselves. Allah knows that they are liars."
The Repentance/9:43 Allah has forgiven you: Why did you allow them before the truthful and the liars became clear to you?
The Repentance/9:44 Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day do not ask your permission (to escape) from striving with their money and their lives. Allah is All-Knowing of the righteous.
The Repentance/9:45 Only those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day ask your permission. Their hearts are full of doubt. They are floundering in their doubts.
The Repentance/9:46 "Had they wished to go to war, they would have made preparations for it. But Allah did not want their contribution and made them half-hearted and unwilling. They were told, "Sit down with those who sit!"
The Repentance/9:47 If they had gone out with you, they would only have brought confusion among you, they would have sown discord and strife among you. And there are those among you who listen to them. Allah is well Knowing of the wrongdoers.
The Repentance/9:48 Even before, they had desired to create confusion and plotted against you. At last the truth came and Allah´s law prevailed in spite of them.
The Repentance/9:49 "Some of them say, "Allow me, do not put me in distress". They have already fallen into distress with this attitude; Hell encompasses the disbelievers."
The Repentance/9:50 "If good touches you, it grieves them, and if evil touches you, they say, "We had taken precautions beforehand,"and they turn away rejoicing."
The Repentance/9:51 "Say: "Nothing touches us except what Allah has written for us. He is our vicegerent, our Owner. Let those who believe put their trust in Allah."
The Victory/48:1 We have given you a clear victory.
The Victory/48:2 That Allah may forgive you your sins, past and future, and complete His favor upon you, and guide you to the right path.
The Victory/48:3 And may Allah support you with a mighty victory.
The Victory/48:4 He is the One Who sends down peace in the hearts of the believers to add faith to their faith. To Allah belong the armies of the heavens and the earth. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
The Victory/48:5 And may He admit the believing men and believing women into Gardens through which rivers flow, abiding forever, and cover their sins. Surely this is a great success in the sight of Allah.
The Victory/48:6 And punish the hypocritical men and hypocritical women and the idolatrous men and idolatrous women who harbor evil thoughts about Allah. Their evil deeds will backfire. Allah has wrath on them and cursed them and prepared Hell for them. What an evil place of return.
The Victory/48:7 To Allah belong the armies of the heavens and the earth. Allah is the Exalted, the Wise.
The Victory/48:8 We have sent you as a witness, a bearer of glad tidings and a warner.
The Victory/48:9 So that you people may believe in Allah and His Messenger and honor Him and listen to Him and glorify Him morning and evening.
The Victory/48:10 Those who pledge allegiance to you have pledged allegiance to Allah. Allah´s hand is upon their hands. Whoever breaks his pledge breaks it against himself. And whoever fulfills his promise to Allah, We shall give him a great reward.
The Victory/48:11 "Those who stayed behind from the Arabs will say, "Our money and our children have kept us back; ask forgiveness for us."They do not say what is in their hearts but with their tongues. Say, "Who can prevent Allah if He wills for you harm or benefit?"But Allah is well aware of all that you do."
The Victory/48:12 Indeed, you thought that the apostle and the believers would not return to their families forever, and this thought was pleasant to your hearts. You were dreaming evil dreams, and in the end you became a lowly people.
The Victory/48:13 Whoever disbelieves in Allah and His messenger, We have prepared for the disbelievers a Fire.
The Victory/48:14 To Allah belongs the government of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
The Victory/48:15 "Those who have fallen behind in the war will say when you go to take the spoils, "Let us come with you". They want to change the Word of Allah. Say, "You will not follow us. This is Allah´s prior decision."Then they will say, "Indeed, you do not like us."Indeed, they understand very little."
The Victory/48:16 "Say to the remnant of the Arabs, "You will be called upon against a powerful people. You will fight them until they surrender. If you obey, Allah will give you a good reward. If you turn away, as you turned away before, He will punish you with a painful torment."
The Victory/48:17 There is no hardship for the blind, no hardship for the paralyzed, and no hardship for the sick. Whoever follows Allah and His messenger, He will admit him into Gardens from which rivers flow. And whoever turns away, He will punish him severely.
The Banishment/59:11 "Have you not noticed those who are hypocrites? The disbelievers among the people of the Book say to their friends, "If you are driven out, we will go out with you, and we will not obey anyone against you. If you are fought, we will certainly support you."Allah bears witness that they are liars."
The Banishment/59:12 Indeed, if they are driven out, they will not go out with them. If they are fought against, they will not support them. Even if they support them, they turn their backs and flee, then they will not be helped.
The Banishment/59:13 You put fear in their hearts more than Allah. For they are a people without understanding.
The Banishment/59:14 They cannot come together to fight you except in well-protected cities or behind walls. Their strife between them is fierce. You think them to be united, but their hearts are scattered. For they are a people who do not use their minds.
The Banishment/59:15 They are like those who passed away a little while before them. They tasted the recompense of what they used to do and deserved a painful torment.
The Banishment/59:16 "They are just like Satan: He says to man, "Deny". Then when he disbelieves, he says, "I have nothing to do with you. I fear Allah, the Lord of the universes."
The Banishment/59:17 They both ended up in the Fire where they will abide forever. Such is the punishment of the wrongdoers.
The Iron/57:13 "On that Day, the hypocritical men and women will say to the believers, "Look at us, so that we may take of your light."They will be told, "Turn back and look for light."A barrier will be placed between them with a gate separating the inner mercy from the outer torment."
The Iron/57:14 "They will say to them, "Were we not with you?""Yes,"they will say, "but you deceived yourselves, you waited, you harbored doubts, and you lingered in delusion until the decision of Allah came. The deceiver misled you about Allah."
The Coalition/33:1 O Prophet, seek Allah and do not follow the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
The Coalition/33:72 We offered the burden (the test) to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, but they were afraid to bear it and did not accept it. But man took it upon himself; he was unjust and ignorant.
The Coalition/33:73 So Allah punishes the hypocritical men and women and the men and women who associate partners, and Allah accepts the repentance of believing men and women. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
The Family Of Imran/3:7 "He it is Who has sent down to you this Book. Some of its verses are clear (muhkam), which are the essence of the Book. Others are of similar meaning (mutashabih). Those whose hearts are diseased go after those with similar meanings in order to confuse people and give them different meanings. No one knows their true meaning, except Allah and those with deep knowledge who say, "We believe in it, it is from our Lord."None take admonition except those who have understanding and wisdom."
The Repentance/9:102 And the others confessed their sins and confused good deeds with evil deeds. It is hoped that Allah may forgive them. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
