Prophet Hud - 11:110
We gave Moses the Book, but they differed in it. Had it not been for a promise of your Lord, they would have been judged between them. They are in doubt about it, they are undecided.

"In the same way, We gave Moses the Book. to guide the Children of Israel to the truth: "Do not take any other guardian besides Me."
The Cattle/6:154
Indeed, We gave Moses the Book, complete in the best form, a detailed explanation of everything, guidance and mercy, so that they may believe in the meeting with their Lord.

"We wrote on tablets for Moses a detailed explanation of all things and an admonition: "Hold fast to this teaching, and tell your people to hold fast to it in the best way. I will show you the final destination of the wayward."
