Prophet Abraham - 14:44 "Warn the people of the Day when the torment will come to them. The wrongdoers will say, "Our Lord, postpone us until a near term, so that we may join your call and follow the messengers". But did you not swear before that your end would not come?"
General characteristics of those who deserve torment:
The Cow/2:275 "Those who eat usurious money rise up like one who is struck by the devil. This is because they say, "Usury is like shopping". But Allah has made shopping lawful and usury unlawful. And whoever receives a reminder from his Lord and desists, he may keep what he has earned in the past, and his affair is up to Allah. As for those who continue, they are the inhabitants of Hell, and they will abide therein forever."
The Event/56:92 But if he is one of the perverts who deny-
The Event/56:93 a welcome from boiling water-
The Event/56:94 and burning in hell.
The Event/56:95 This is the absolute truth.
The Sure Truth/69:31 And then burn him in hell.

The Table Spread/5:10 As for those who disbelieved and denied Our signs, they are the inhabitants of Hell.

The Cow/2:9 They seek to deceive Allah and the believers. However, they deceive themselves. They do not even realize it.
The Cow/2:10 They have sickness in their hearts. Allah increases their sickness. They deserve a painful torment for their lies.
The Family Of Imran/3:91 Those who disbelieve and die as disbelievers will not be accepted from them even if they give the world´s gold as ransom. They have deserved a painful torment and they will have no helpers.
The Cattle/6:70 Leave those who take their religion as a pastime and are deceived by the life of this world. Remind them with this (the Qur´an) so that a person may not suffer the disastrous consequences of what he has earned. He has no Owner and intercessor except Allah. Even if he gives any ransom, it will not be accepted from him. These are the ones who suffer the disastrous consequences of what they have earned; they deserve a drink of boiling water and a painful torment because of their disbelief.
The Bee/16:94 Do not misuse your oaths among yourselves lest your firm feet slip. You will taste misery and deserve a painful torment because you have strayed from the Way of Allah.
Council/42:16 Those who argue about Allah after His call has been answered, their arguments are invalid in the sight of their Lord. They have deserved wrath and there is a severe torment for them
The Kneeling/45:7 Woe to every fabricating sinner!
The Kneeling/45:8 When he hears the verses of Allah recited to him, he persists in arrogance as if he had never heard them. Announce to him a painful punishment.
The Kneeling/45:9 When he learns something of Our Verses, he ridicules it. For them is a humiliating torment.
The Kneeling/45:10 Hell awaits them. Neither what they have earned nor the friends they have made besides Allah can save them. They have deserved a painful torment.
The Pleading Woman/58:16 They took their oaths as a shield to mislead from the Way of Allah. They deserve a humiliating torment.
The Prophets/21:97 "The fulfillment of the Word of truth has come near, and the eyes of the disbelievers have been filled with fear: "Woe to us, we were heedless of this, we were indeed the wrongdoers."
The Prophets/21:98 You and those whom you serve besides Allah are the fuel of Hell; you are worthy to enter it.
The Prophets/21:99 If they were gods, they would not enter it. But they will abide therein forever.
The Pilgrimage/22:51 As for those who fight against Our Verses, they deserve to be the inhabitants of Hell.
Ta-Ha/20:74 Whoever comes to his Lord guilty, he deserves Hell; he will neither live nor die therein.
The Pilgrimage/22:57 Those who deny Our Verses and disbelieve deserve a humiliating punishment.
The Light/24:19 Those who desire to spread immorality among the believers have deserved a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. Allah knows, you do not know.
Council/42:26 He answers the call of those who believe and do righteous deeds and increases His grace for them. But the disbelievers deserve a severe punishment.
The Kingdom/67:6 Those who disbelieve in their Lord have deserved the punishment of Hell. What an evil abode.
