Prophet Hud - 11:116 Should not the righteous of the generations before you have prevented evil in the earth? Except a few whom We saved from them. As for the wrongdoers, they indulged in the prosperity given to them, so they joined the criminals.
General characteristics of criminals:
Yaseen/36:59 O criminals, depart this day.
Yaseen/36:60 O children of Adam, did I not take a promise from you that you would not serve Satan? He is your open enemy.
Yaseen/36:61 Serve Me. This is the most right way.
Yaseen/36:62 Yet he has led astray many generations from you. Would you never use your reason?
Yaseen/36:63 This is Hell, which is promised to you!
Yaseen/36:64 Burn therein as a consequence of your disbelief.
The Romans/30:12 On the Day when the Hour is realized, the criminals will be shocked.
The Romans/30:13 And none of their partners whom they used to associate will intercede for them; they will disbelieve in their partners.
The One Wrapping Himself Up/74:42 What has brought you into this punishment?

The Heights/7:133 We sent upon them signs such as the flood, locusts, vermin, frogs and blood, but they continued to be arrogant and became a guilty people.
The Cattle/6:123 We have given permission to the leading criminals of every country to deceive and plot therein. Indeed they deceive none but themselves. But they do not realize it.
The Cattle/6:124 "When a sign comes to them: "We will not believe until we are given the like of what was given to the messengers of Allah". Allah knows better where to place His message. A humiliation from Allah and a severe torment will touch the guilty for what they used to deceive."
The Spoils of War/8:8 That He may realize the truth and remove injustice, even though the guilty dislike it.
The Heights/7:40 The gates of heaven will not open for those who deny Our Verses and are arrogant against them, and they will not enter Paradise until the camel passes through the eye of a needle. This is how We punish the guilty.
The Ornaments of Gold/43:74 The guilty will abide forever in the torment of Hell.
The Ornaments of Gold/43:75 They will not be relieved from it and they will be despairing therein.
The Ornaments of Gold/43:76 We did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves.
The Ornaments of Gold/43:77 "They call out, "O Malik, let your Lord finish us". He says: "You will remain like this"."

The Kneeling/45:34 "And it will be said to them: "We forget you today because you have forgotten your meeting today. Your abode is the Fire and you will have no helper."
The Kneeling/45:35 "Because you mocked the signs of Allah and the life of this world deceived you."Consequently, they will not come out of it and their apologies will not be heard."
The Defrauding/83:29 The criminals used to laugh at the believers.
The Defrauding/83:30 And when they used to pass by them, they used to sneer at each other.
The Defrauding/83:31 And when they returned to their followers, they used to mock them.
The Defrauding/83:32 "When they saw them, they would say: "These are the perverts!"
The Defrauding/83:33 Yet they were not sent as watchers over them.
The Defrauding/83:34 And today the believers laugh at the disbelievers.
The Defrauding/83:35 They look at them on armchairs:
The Defrauding/83:36 To see if the disbelievers are punished for what they used to do.
Prophet Jonah/10:13 How many generations before you We destroyed when they did wrong. Their messengers had gone to them with clear proofs, but they refused to believe. Thus do We punish the guilty people.
Prophet Jonah/10:17 Who is more unjust than he who fabricates a lie and slanders Allah, or denies His Verses? The guilty will not be restored.

The Poets/26:199 And if he had recited it to them, they would not have believed in it.
The Poets/26:200 That is how We put it (like a foreign language) into the hearts of the guilty.
The Poets/26:201 They will not believe in it until they see the painful torment.
The Stories/28:8 Finally, Pharaoh´s family took the baby who would be an enemy and a source of sorrow for them. Pharaoh and Haman and their armies were the guilty ones.

You were plotting day and night that we should be ungrateful to Allah and associate partners with Him."When they see the torment, they regret in their hearts. We have put shackles on the necks of the disbelievers. Are they not recompensed only for what they used to do?"
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:27 They will turn and question one another.
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:28 "They will say: "You were approaching us from our right side"."

Those Who Set The Ranks/37:30 We had no power over you. On the contrary, you were a people who were in a wicked state.

Those Who Set The Ranks/37:32 We were the wicked, so We made you wicked.
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:33 So on that Day they will be partners in the torment.
Those Who Set The Ranks/37:34 This is what We do to the guilty.

The Smoke/44:20 I seek refuge with my Lord and your Lord from your stoning me.
The Smoke/44:21 If you do not believe in me, at least leave me alone.
The Smoke/44:22 "And he pleaded with his Lord, "These are a guilty people."
The Most Gracious/55:43 This is Hell which the criminals have been denying.
The Ways of Ascent/70:11 They will be shown to one another. The guilty will want to give a ransom to escape the torment of that Day: His sons,

The Ways of Ascent/70:20 When evil touches him, he despairs.
The Ways of Ascent/70:21 And when good touches him, he is stingy.
Those sent forth/77:46 Eat and enjoy yourselves temporarily; you are the guilty.
Those sent forth/77:47 Woe on that Day to those who deny!
Those sent forth/77:48 When they are told to bow down, they do not bow down.
