بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
2:181 Whoever changes it after hearing it, his sin is on those who changed it. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
2:182 If a person senses that the testator is about to make a mistake or an unfair distribution, and he intervenes and corrects the situation, he does not commit a sin. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
2:183 Believers, fasting has been made obligatory on you as it was made obligatory on those before you, so that you may abstain.
2:184 On the numbered days. Those of you who are sick or on a journey shall fast on the other days for the number of days they missed. Let those who can afford it make a vow by feeding one poor person. Whoever does a good deed out of his own heart (to feed more needy), it is better for him, but fasting is best for you, if you only knew!
2:185 Ramadan is the month in which the Qur´an was sent down, a guidance for mankind, a clear teaching and a book of law. Whoever reaches that month, let him fast. And those of you who are sick or traveling, fast on the other days for the number of days that you cannot fast. Allah desires ease for you and not hardship. So that you may complete the number (of fasting days) and glorify and give thanks to Allah Who has guided you to the truth.
2:186 And if My servants ask you about Me, let them know that I am near, and I answer the call of him who calls to Me. They should respond to me and believe in me that they may find the right path.
2:187 It has been made lawful for you to have sexual intercourse with your women on the nights of fasting. They are your coverings and you are their coverings. Allah knew that you were deceiving yourselves, so He accepted your repentance and forgave you. Now you may have sexual intercourse with them as Allah has determined for you. Eat and drink until you can distinguish between the white and black threads of dawn. Then complete the fast until the night. Do not have sexual intercourse with them while they are confined in the mosques. These are the limits set by Allah; do not transgress them. This is how Allah reveals His verses to the people for their protection.
2:188 Do not eat your money unjustly among yourselves. And do not bribe officials/managers with the intention of taking the people´s money unjustly.
2:189 They ask you about the phases of the moon. Say that it is a measure of time for mankind and for the pilgrimage. Goodness is not beating around the bush, goodness is abstinence. Be honest. Listen to Allah for your salvation.
2:190 Fight those who fight you in the way of Allah. Do not be aggressive. Allah does not love the aggressors.
2:191 Fight them wherever you meet them and drive them out from wherever they drive you out; oppression and torture are worse than killing. Do not fight them unless they fight you near the Holy Mosque. If they attack you, attack them back. Such is the punishment of the disbelievers.
2:193 Fight them until oppression and torture cease and the religion is for Allah. If they cease, then there is no enmity for anyone except the wrongdoers.
2:194 The holy month can only be observed on both sides. The observance of the truce is mutual. If they attack you, attack them in kind. Listen to Allah and know that Allah is with the righteous.
2:195 Spend in the way of Allah, and do not put yourselves in harm´s way. Do good. Allah loves those who do good.
2:196 Complete Hajj and ´Umrah for Allah. If you are prevented, send a sacrifice that is easy for you. Do not shave your heads until the sacrifice has reached its destination, but whoever is sick or has a head ailment should give a ransom in fasting, charity or any other act of worship. Whoever enjoys ´Umrah until the time of Hajj, in a state of safety, should send a sacrifice that is easy for him. Those who are unable to do so should fast for a total of ten days, three days during Hajj and seven days after returning. This is for those whose family does not live near the Holy Mosque. Listen to Allah and know that the punishment of Allah is severe.
2:197 Hajj should be performed in the known months. Whoever has decided to perform Hajj in those months, know that in Hajj there is no sexual intercourse, no evil deeds, and no arguing. Allah knows every good deed you do. When you prepare your provisions for the journey, remember that the best provision is virtue. People of understanding! Listen to me.
2:198 It is permissible for you to seek the favor of your Lord (by trading in the Hajj region). When you leave Arafat, remember Allah in the Holy Place. Remember Him because He has guided you; before that you were astray.
2:199 Then spread out from where the people spread out, and ask forgiveness from Allah. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
2:200 "When you have finished your ceremony, keep remembering Allah as you remembered your ancestors, even stronger. Some of the people say: "Our Lord, give us in this world"; he will have no share in the Hereafter."
